Will drafting

Having a will makes life easier for your family after you die - at a time when they will be missing you and in grief.

I have done will-drafting work over the past 13 years.  

I have also acted in many inheritance disputes.  This gives me a good eye for minimising the chance of your family being in a Court dispute later on.

Our fee to draft straightforward wills for:

• a single person is $500; and,
• a couple is $750 for both of you (where the facts and circumstances for each person are substantially the same).

* These fees include GST, but do not include disbursements, such as if we need to do a land titles search for you.

If the will is not going to be straightforward, then I will quote a fee and let you know what it is in advance of doing any work.
